IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19:

We wanted to let you know about some precautionary measures we've taken during the COVID-19 crisis:

- We are constantly sanitizing supplies and surfaces

- There is only one person in contact with your order and that person is extremely cautious about health safety

- The goods are pre-packaged from their origin and are not exposed to any outside, harmful or contaminated environments

RETURN POLICY, IN A NUTSHELL:

1. 21 days after the shipping date for returns.

2. There is a 12% restocking fee for partial or complete returns.

3. We will waive the restocking fee if you exchange your purchase for another item or if you want to keep a store credit.

4. ALL orders placed during SALE events are final sale.

5. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item or keep a store credit, we will cover the return shipping (sending you a return label), as well as the ground shipping of the new item to you. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges within the U.S. for any problems that may come up when you first receive your item(s), such as an incorrect shipment or product defects (rare, but we’re not perfect) or if you wish to exchange your purchased item for another size or another style. We DO NOT offer free exchanges for items that have been worn, altered and/or damaged by the user. This includes normal wear and tear and further modification beyond the initial condition of the item.

To exchange your product, please send an email to CONTACT@SHOPSIGAL.COM with your order number, the item(s) you need to exchange and the reason why you wish to exchange them. You will receive an answer from us within 24-48 hours of your request.

Once your exchange has been authorized via e-mail, please mail the item(s) back to us at the following address:

RETURNS

Shopsigal.com accepts returns for unused, unaltered, and undamaged items for a full refund within 21 days of the shipment date. We charge a 12% restocking fee for partial or complete returns. That being said, we proudly stand behind our products and assess returns on a case-by-case basis with guest satisfaction as our highest priority. We'll always do our absolute best to deal with each situation with the best possible judgement and fairness; we hope our guests will be fair and reasonable with us as well. We will waive the restocking fee if there was an issue with your order such as an incorrect shipment or product defects (rare, but we’re not perfect).

You may use the same packaging it arrived in, or any other box or padded envelope. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. You will be refunded within 10 business days of our receipt of your item, granted the items are in their original condition, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. When returning a gift, you'll receive your refund only in Shopsigal's store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
